Hello my name is Brittany Green, proud owner and head chef of She Got The Sauce LLC—a brand built from love, legacy, and the belief that food has the power to touch hearts.
My journey began on the east side of Detroit, in a small kitchen filled with big flavor. I was raised by a strong, hardworking mother who showed me that cooking is more than preparing a meal—it’s a way of caring, loving, and bringing people together. At just five years old, I was standing on a stool beside my mother and grandmother helping with Sunday dinners, not knowing that those moments would shape my entire life.
While other kids watched cartoons, I watched chefs transform simple ingredients into unforgettable experiences. I fell in love with the joy food brings—the smiles, the comfort, the connection. That feeling stayed with me, and it became my purpose.

After high school, I worked long hours to invest in my dream. I started selling homemade dinners to my coworkers, and their reactions changed everything. Every compliment, every “this tastes like home,” every empty plate reminded me that my gift had meaning. What began as passion quickly moved into purpose—and then into a brand.
Today, I am the heart behind She Got The Sauce LLC, a luxury culinary experience rooted in authenticity, creativity, and soul. Im a culinary art graduate from Dorsey Culinary School, committed to furthering my craft and becoming the best chef I can be for the people I serve.
